Information on the Processing of Personal Data by IXPERTA s.r.o.

1. Purpose of this Document

The purpose of this document is to provide you — our customers, business partners, and anyone with a contractual relationship with IXPERTA s.r.o., Lihovarská 1060/12, 190 00 Prague 9 – Libeň, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 117991 (hereinafter the “Controller”) — with clear and transparent information about:

  • what personal data we collect and for what purposes,
  • how we process and protect personal data,
  • to whom we may transfer client personal data, and
  • what rights you have regarding the personal data we process.

2. Processing of Personal Data

To provide our services and operate our website, we process certain personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2.1 Processing in Business Dealings

For the preparation and fulfillment of contracts, ongoing business relationships, and legal obligations, we process identification, contact, and company-related information, including:

  • name, surname, titles, employer, job position, VAT ID (if applicable),
  • contact details such as addresses, phone numbers, emails,
  • records of communication (emails, phone calls, web collaboration, mail).

Data is retained for up to 5 years from last use, and accounting/tax records for the legally required period.

2.2 Processing Based on Legitimate Interests

For security, legal protection, and service improvement, we may process:

  • CCTV records in our offices (retained for 7 days, longer if needed as evidence),
  • Call recordings to our helpdesk (retained for 6 months, longer in case of disputes),
  • Contact form submissions from our website (retained for up to 2 years if no cooperation follows).

2.3 Processing Based on Consent

With your explicit consent, we may process your data for:

  • sending invitations to professional seminars, workshops, or customer events,
  • distributing marketing materials (newsletters, promotional content, gifts).

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing or writing to our registered office.

3. Cookies Policy

We use cookies to personalize content and ads, provide social media features, and analyze traffic. We only work with cookies in anonymized form.

  • Necessary cookies – essential for website functionality.

  • request erasure of personal data,

  • raise concerns with us or with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
