1. Purpose of this Document

- CCTV records in our offices (retained for 7 days, longer if needed as evidence),
- Call recordings to our helpdesk (retained for 6 months, longer in case of disputes),
- Contact form submissions from our website (retained for up to 2 years if no cooperation follows).

With your explicit consent, we may process your data for:
- sending invitations to professional seminars, workshops, or customer events,
