Life at IXPERTA

What’s it like to work with us? In Prague, you’ll find open, partly shared offices. In Brno, our spaces are designed for individual teams. And then there’s ping-pong, Xbox, foosball, keyboards for the music lovers, and even fitness equipment — all of which we genuinely use.

I lead dozens of software projects for Thermo Fisher Scientific. I thrive in a dynamic, technically demanding environment where we solve new challenges every day that move science and engineering forward. At IXPERTA, I lead automotive software projects for our key partner, Škoda Auto. With over 30 years in IT, I still enjoy connecting creativity with modern technologies. Together with my team, we turn ideas into solutions that work and deliver real value to our customers. I believe success comes from open communication, continuous growth, and effective teamwork. I recharge with my family, while travelling, in the mountains – and sometimes through modest attempts at sports.

Barbora Baxová

I lead the UI/UX team designing and developing in-vehicle user interfaces. What we imagine doesn’t stay on paper—it comes to life in dashboard systems used daily by hundreds of thousands of drivers. I enjoy work with immediate, real-world impact. I’m proud that we combine function and aesthetics so design not only looks great, but makes life easier behind the wheel. I recharge in nature, through painting, and by reading history and sci-fi.
