Situation Before Implementation
Dôvera relied on hybrid arrays combining HDD and SSD drives. With rapidly growing data volumes, this technology no longer met performance criteria or supported modern protocols. The existing hybrid arrays had reached the end of their lifecycle, and Dôvera’s IT experts began seeking a new solution, reaching out to external providers — including IXPERTA.
Our Solution
Following a comprehensive analysis of client requirements, we designed a new storage architecture and recommended products from U.S.-based Pure Storage. To meet both speed and capacity demands, we combined:
- 1× Pure Storage X20 (90 TB) for maximum performance
- 2× Pure Storage C40 (240 TB each) optimized for high capacity

Compared to legacy arrays, Pure Storage delivers much lower latency (0.5–1 ms / 2–4 ms vs. 10 ms previously), higher throughput, and improved IOPS.
Efficient replication
Previous arrays performed replication once every 24 hours. Pure Storage enables continuous asynchronous replication, reducing this to minutes.
Fast implementation
Two C40 arrays were deployed and put into production in just two weeks.
